Naturally, herbs possess commanding
abilities to help us in terms of seeking for holistic or all-inclusive healing;
be it physical, mental, emotional and even involving any form of sacred or spiritual
practices. This should not be termed as idolism or something that is ungodly
since they are free gift of nature full of life and energetic vibrations to
help us connect and tap into divinity when help is needed.
The use of herbs in spirituality or
in our spiritual practices is to help us deal with or handle some of the spiritual
issues in our daily encounters as well as bringing wholeness to our physical,
emotional and mental well-being, making the application of plants and herbs in
solving both our spiritual and physical needs not a sin or superstitious.
Plants and herbs together with
other natural elements are tools and mediums through which we are able to tap
into nature, the supernatural and the unseen for through rituals for the
benefit such as spiritual connectivity, spiritual cleansing resulting in
unblocking some spiritual blockages, warding off negative energy and activation
of spiritual protection and enhancing or amplifying of favour, prosperity and
abundance to mention a few.
The physical and spiritual energetic
properties of herbs as living beings interact with our energies and intentions
to bring about physical and spiritual transformation and elevations to help us
align with the right purpose. This makes rituals like taking some spiritual baths,
applying a combination of spiritual oils and soaps to our bodies and
surroundings and the burning of herbs for smoke cleansing are considered not to
be evil since their purpose is to ward off evil entities themselves.
