Our chakras are to be
remained opened for us to be in the right alignment to prevent emotional
instability and disconnection from our true self physically. One of the means

responsible for what comes out of you through expressing yourself truthfully

the fear of speaking the truth. When one has the feeling of being misunderstood
or being rejected with the truth, that person will automatically resort to lies
and since our chakras guides us through our inner soul, there is the need to
