Our body is the functions as home to the energy centers known as the chakras. With each governing different parts of our life such as our emotions and spiritual connectivity, the chakras are aligned along the human spine. However, what we consume or whatever enters our physical body can either support or disrupt the normal balance or alignment of our chakras.
In terms of the physical body, we take in food for the
nourishment of the body but what we feed our physical body with has a role to
play on the spiritual level. This is
because the food we eat carries energy and this can either feed or add to flow
of energy within us or can serve as blockage to the flow leading to the
imbalances in our chakras.
For our spiritual well-being to be enhanced is to understand
how our diet impacts our chakras and the flow of energy since and imbalance
chakra can lead to physical ailments, emotional instability, mental mix-up and
even spiritual disconnection. We
experience spiritual clarity and able to remain focused when we are able to
avoid foods that do not help in purifying and energizing our chakras.
